ESSENTIALS

• 10+ years experience
• At
  least 4+ years experience in a management
  level position
• Must
  have experience in residential development real
  estate
• Good
  experience with analysing financial data to maximise revenue
• Experience
  evaluating new real estate investment opportunities including location
  appraisal, prepare preliminary financial analysis and development brief
  with business planning
• Experience
  overseeing the BD & investment portfolio including real estates listed
  equities
• Experience
  in preparing RFP’s, budgeting, Integration of project scheduling,
  controlling, risk identification and management, and projects delivery
  management
• Experience
  on monthly reports regarding development status, budget Vs actual, update
  feasibility studies
• Open to male Arab nationals only – preferably in Eastern province now. Or in Saudi now
  
• Salary is up 18k SAR per month total package
