Job Descriptions:

• Working closely with key stakeholders to understand the business problem and recommend the proper metric to deliver actionable dashboards.
• Design and develop data models to support self-service analytics and data visualization.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to present the data in the most precise and easy to interpret.
• Support for ad hoc reports based on stakeholder requests to address specific business needs.
• Working closely with data analyst and data scientist to select targeted audience and create deep post campaign analysis to drive marketing campaign with ROI
• Manage system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with other platforms
• Supervise and mentor the MIS team; provide training, direction, and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs for MIS performance and data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelors master's degree in MIS, IT, Data Management, Computer Science or related field.
• 5 7 years+ in end-to-end dashboard automation project.
• Experience in the retail/e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Proven experience building actionable dashboards at scale.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data integration techniques is a plus.
• Proficient SQL and Python (or Pyspark is a plus).
• Business Intelligence tool: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView
