Description

We are hiring for " Senior Development Manager - Public Sector" with 5+ years of experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers to generate business opportunities.

  2. Identify, develop, and secure government projects by managing tendering, e-PADS, PPRA compliance, BOQ specifications, and procurement processes.

  3. Drive inclusion of company products on approved vendor/brand lists and influence specifications for government infrastructure projects.

  4. Monitor upcoming development projects, procurement plans, and tender opportunities while providing market intelligence and strategic insights.

  5. Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective account management, project pipeline development, and institutional business growth.

  6. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare technical proposals, ensure compliance, support project execution, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in government sales, business development, procurement, or infrastructure projects. 

Strong knowledge of PPRA Rules, e-PADS, BOQs, and government procurement procedures is essential.
