As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for guaranteeing a great level of customer satisfaction! This role is critical to recognize any troubles that customers may experience and to solve them efficiently and accordingly.
The Offer:
- Online chatting, e-mailing, and handling incoming customer requests and calls, accordingly assigned;
- Recognizing the client's issue and resolving it through investigation
- Keeping a record of every action and classifying situations and potential faults
- Creating and assisting with accounts, reviewing and uploading videos, and channel upkeep

Requirements:
- Fluent in French, proficient in English;
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills, good judgement;
- Treat all data with utmost confidentiality
