The Bell Tower on 34th – Houston, TX

Full-Time | Performance-Based Sales Role

Compensation: $55,000 – $120,000+ per year

The Bell Tower on 34th is one of Houston’s most established high-end event venues, producing weddings and corporate events at scale.

We are seeking a disciplined inbound sales professional who thrives in a structured environment and is confident guiding clients to a decision.

This is not a tour guide role.

This is a professional sales position with clear expectations, defined systems, and measurable performance.


About the Role

As an Event Sales Executive, you will work with qualified inbound inquiries from couples and organizations interested in hosting events at The Bell Tower.

Your job is to guide prospects through a structured sales process, conduct venue tours, present pricing, and confidently ask for the booking.

Successful candidates understand that sales is leadership, discipline, and execution.


What You Will Do

• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (web, phone, referrals)

• Schedule and conduct venue tours

• Guide prospects through a defined sales process

• Present pricing and event structure during seated consultations

• Follow up consistently and professionally

• Maintain accurate CRM documentation

• Confidently ask for the booking and deposit

You will operate within a defined sales script and process designed to produce consistent results.

The sales script must be learned and executed within the first week of training.

Top performers understand that process discipline protects conversion and improves closing performance.


Technology & Tools

Our sales team uses modern tools to improve training and performance.

Team members work with:

• CRM systems

• AI-assisted communication tools

• Call and meeting recording tools used for coaching

• Digital scheduling systems

Event Sales Executives use their personal cell phone for client communication, and the company provides a laptop for CRM and internal systems.

Candidates must be comfortable using AI tools and modern sales technology as part of professional development.


Schedule & Availability

Prospects tour venues evenings and weekends, so schedule flexibility is essential.
