About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UI/UX Designer to be the driving design force behind our platform. You will transform user feedback and internal wireframes into refined, production-ready designs that shape the product build.

This role requires someone who not only understands how design looks, but more importantly why it works. With mastery of color science, attention to detail, and exceptional design taste, you will ensure every interaction feels deliberate and impactful.

You will collaborate closely with front-end engineers, deliver Figma prototypes, build and refine a design system, and embrace feedback as a core part of your process.

Responsibilities

• Transform wireframes and concepts into pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.

• Build, maintain, and refine a scalable design system in Figma.

• Apply advanced knowledge of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping and high-fidelity concept generation.

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure precise design implementation.

• Provide detailed specifications, assets, and interactive prototypes to engineers.

• Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into design iterations.

• Document design decisions and maintain consistency across the product.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience designing for complex digital products/platforms.

• Expertise in Figma and design system creation/maintenance.

• Strong user-centered design principles and interaction knowledge.

• Deep understanding of color science and visual composition.

• Obsessive attention to detail and uncompromising design quality.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Openness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly.

• Comfortable collaborating with engineers to deliver production-quality results.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Background in graphic design or branding.

• Experience with responsive and accessible web/mobile design.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for developer collaboration.

• Knowledge of motion design and micro interactions.

• Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.
