Description
All must come from the BPO or shared services industry as they will also support global operations.
1. General Ledger (GL) Accountants-
-- 45 years of strong GL experience
-- Strong background in cash receipts and bank reconciliation, experience handling balance sheet,.
--5+ years of relevant work experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a strong background in management reporting and enterprise-wide analytics
2. AP/AR Analysts -
-- 23 years experience in AP or AR
--- Open to either AP or AR specialists (or both)
--- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a plus, but not mandatory
Work Set up on both requisition:
Full-time job. On-site for 1 month Training.
After 1-month training, transition to Hybrid
Both Work Setup are either Day or Mid shift. Hybrid- 8 days per month onsite (can be twice per week or 8 consecutive days. Depends per team)
Educational background should be in Finance or Accounting
