Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to) • Sell the widest range of company’s products for assigned customers based on group channel guidelines. • Provide feedback of any competition activity within sales area and submit his suggestion for retaliation if needed. • Prepare special order requests (Prices, Designs, approvals, Orders, MOQs) and take concerned approvals both Customer & Company. • Prepare SPO in full quantity produced to customer without leaving stocks at warehouse unless approved by Sales Management. • Collect the invoices according to company’s aging policy. • Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle market visits or business review, before going to the market. • Maintain professional Business relation with His/her customers. • Revisit Lost customers and check opportunity to regain business if hindering conditions have vanished. • Open new accounts on JDE or CRM and adhere all required valid documentation (VAT, CR, National Address, CIS, etc…) • Transfer max number of accounts to ECOM online platform, train customers for utilizing Napco platform and monitor performance to avoid losing customer sales volume. • Detect and register new potential customers in his area based on CRM. • Sell all potential customers with appropriate combination of product lines by closing GAPs. • Handle customers complaints and report them to the sales team leader. • Prepare QRAs for his customers on JDE or ECOM and discuss them with Team Leader. • Enter customer orders into JDE system and ensure no violations whether CDs, CLs, or prices. • Submit daily collection for the distributor or accountant. • Issue returns for quality issue products or wrong orders and get approval from concerned parties. • Report to the team leader any customer problem / objection that occurred, and he could not handle.Review on monthly basis customer collectibles with Team Leader and conduct required SAFs, matchings, or write offs. • Conduct Balance confirmations 3 times per year and get customer signature/stamps in addition to working on reconciliation with accounts. • Conduct Trials for new developed products at certain customer in his/her area and report factual findings. • Comply fully with Napco code of conduct, and company instructions.
