Job Responsibilities

Plan and develop SEO & SEM strategies in conjunction with the companys overall goals and objectives
Plan and optimize advertising activities on digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc)
Identify trends and audience insights, and optimize budget to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and performance based on the insights for the best ROI results
Tweak your strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all existing marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness
Understand our products inside out. Working directly with Sales Team and CEO to analyze market/ competitor information to find the industry gaps, set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand, and propose proper business strategy.
Organize internal training events for employee branding.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing
Colleges or bachelor's degrees in marketing, Commerce, Economics, Media, or related fields
Proven experience and success across SEO, SEM, and Google Marketing Platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, ...) or Facebook platforms
Working experience in the software company, preferably in outsourcing IT company

Creative, active, hard-working, good communication, strong project management, and teaming skills
Able to communicate in English
