Qualifications

- Exceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to strong relationships with internal and external partners

- Be the point of contact and subject matter expert regarding talent for our management team
- Work with Universities to recruit, hire, and develop lasting pipelines
- Prepare and extend job offers to candidates
- Other HR duties as assigned
