Job Description

• Lead And Manage A Team Of Engineers In Developing And Implementing Mine Plans
• Ensure Safety, Efficiency, And Profitability Of Mining Operations Through Optimized Coal Extraction
• Develop Detailed Mine Designs, Scheduling, And Cost Estimates Using Advanced Computer Modeling Software
• Manage Budgets, Timelines, And Resources, And Communicate Progress And Issues To Senior Management

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mine planning and/or operations
• Proficiency in advanced computer modeling software for mine planning and design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
