We’re working with an innovative climate tech scale-up based in Stockholm that has recently secured substantial funding and is entering a key phase of growth.

Their mission is to tackle real-world sustainability challenges through advanced technology, and they’re now looking to hire a small number of high-calibre engineers to form a strong core team before scaling more broadly.

The Role

As an AI Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling intelligent systems that power the company’s core platform. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team, contributing across the full development lifecycle and helping to lay the technical foundations for future growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and deploying AI/ML-driven features into production
• Designing scalable backend systems and services
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap
• Contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy
• Helping establish best practices as the team grows

What They’re Looking For

• Strong software engineering background (Python or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML (e.g. LLMs, deep learning, applied ML)
• Experience working in scalable, production environments
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Interest in climate tech or mission-driven work
