Description
Two On-Site Opportunities in Lisbon for Polish Speakers
We are seeking Polish-speaking professionals to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal. Two roles are available, both with accommodation included in the contract.
Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Polish + English)
- Location: Lisbon (on-site)
- Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
- Note: Schedule may later change to 24/7 rotating shifts
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and rational decision-making
- Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods
Role 2: Content Moderator (Polish + English)
- Location: Lisbon (on-site)
- Working Hours: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Requirements:
- Strong moderation and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage peak queue volumes during promotional periods
Salary & Benefits (both roles)
- Base salary: 920€ x 14 months
- Performance bonus: 45€ x 11 months
- Meal allowance
- Night & weekend shift bonuses
- 1,000€ signing bonus
- Accommodation included (private room arranged by the company)
