About the Role
Become part of a leading global travel platform and join an international team delivering support to customers around the world.
As a Customer Support Specialist (Croatian + English), you will assist users with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Work Model
- Initial phase: 9 weeks of on-site training in Athens
- Remote based on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with bookings, cancellations, and reservation changes
- Handle payment-related questions and issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Croatian and English
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Croatian: Fluent or C1 level
- English: B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights
