Job Title: Project Manager - MEP (Dubai)

Our client is affiliated with a venerable organization with a 75-year history of successful involvement in commercial enterprises, charitable activities, and community development. It's a group of companies ranging from construction, oil and gas, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and related industries.

We are seeking an experienced and a highly motivated MEP Project Manager to oversee all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of MEP projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of MEP engineers and technicians.
• Develop and implement comprehensive MEP project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure MEP systems integrate seamlessly with the overall building design.
• Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and track project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering MEP projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems design, construction, and operation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Working knowledge of Dubai building codes and regulations.
• AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.

Salary:

AED 10,000-30,000 per month (average) - competitive and commensurate with experience.
