Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Lead Program Manager to join us in a full-time capacity.
Location Requirement:
This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.
Role Overview:
The Lead Program Manager will be responsible for the launch and life cycle management of multiple complex programs to meet revenue and company objectives. This position will have a key role in the oversight, development, management, and execution of various corporate rollouts spanning across all organizations and requires a combination of technical and business skills. The incumbent will have program management job experience, as well as an understanding of the End-to-End business process, internal systems/tools and Users of processes, systems/tools. They will act as a liaison among multiple departments during various program implementations. They will also ensure the timely management of all implementation activities and proactively communicate internally and collaborate across all associated organizations. The incumbent will also act as a mentor and assist in the training of junior project managers when required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree with Project Management/PMP credentials is required or equivalent combination of education and PM experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience of Project Management experience is required, experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred. Knowledge and experience with MS Office, telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations are required.
- Key Competencies: Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple programs. Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive and collaborative verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit honesty, integrity and courtesy in all interactions. Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently. Demonstrated proficiency in articulating complex ideas and information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences, including executive/senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.

Salary Range: $100,065 - $125,055
