As our MRSS Program Manager, you will lead a highly responsive team delivering life-changing support within 60 minutes to youth and families who need it most. This is more than a leadership role! Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related human services field
- Active Ohio licensure (LISW, LPCC, or LMFT)
- Leadership experience in behavioral health or crisis services strongly preferred
- Strong clinical expertise in crisis intervention, family systems, and trauma-informed care
- Ability to lead with both strategy and empathy
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across service counties to support your team
Responsibilities
As Program Manager, you will lead both the clinical excellence and operational success of the MRSS program:
- Provide strong clinical and administrative supervision to a team of therapists and crisis responders
- Coach, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality, family-centered care
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community providers, schools, and stakeholders
- Oversee program performance and outcomes, including productivity, quality metrics, and continuous improvement efforts
- Drive data-informed decision-making to improve services and expand impact
- Collaborate across Best Point programs to ensure continuity of care
Work Environment:
The Community Based team provides community-based/in-home services that are headquartered in an office environment. Must be able to provide community-based/in-home services a by operating own vehicle. Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and children who are upset.
