Fleet Engineering and Operations Team Lead, based in Germany
Job Summary
As an Application Engineer, you will work in the field of ADAS/AD and Software Engineering. You will apply this technology in sophisticated customer applications, for the development and testing of advanced perception algorithms for research or production-intent programs.
Responsibilities
- Customer interface and onsite support in China with the option to fly to India, IL and other countries when needed
- Demo management, preparation and hands-on
- Integration of the product on Tier1 vehicle
- Troubleshooting and issues debug and investigation
- Creating reports and raising flags to management in advance in case of any issue
- Maintaining good relationships with customers and tier1
- Installing systems in vehicles from scratch and supporting all car fleet activities
- E2E systems and versions testing and validation
- Testing system in test track and leading the activity E2E
Requirements
- Electrical practical engineer or similar background.
- Experience in customer-facing positions and customer support.
- Experience in the automotive industry specifically with ADAS/ Autonomous driving systems
- Experience in Testing and System engineering.
- Fluent English and Chinese.
- A Chinese driver's license is a must with a clean history.
- Ability to Travel frequently
- Experience with Linux - advantage.
