Reporting Senior Analyst will provide expertise in Financial Reporting
that ensures quality and timely submission of both internal and external
financial requirements.

• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Represents RTR in statutory
  engagements and ensures all requirements are provided timely and
  accurately
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Responsible for providing
  inputs to internal and external requirements – reports, flux analysis, FS
  reviews, Account Reconciliation presentations, etc., in order for Tower
  Lead to hold management reviews
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Ensures all assigned Balance
  Sheet Reconciliations are reviewed and approved timely and possess the
  required quality
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Ensures that all reconciling
  items are resolved within the policy period
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Ensures issues that require
  escalation follow the escalation matrix
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Assigned subject matter expert
  in Regulatory Surveys
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Identify, and if needed run and
  co-sponsor, Finance-related process improvements and innovation
  initiatives

  responsibility for Service Delivery, when applicable or assigned

  Finance agenda and translates that into Finance actions/priorities

  concerns related to Financial Reporting from different stakeholders

• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Participates in monthly service
  management reviews with key stakeholders
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Assist in facilitation of
  requests for services that are beyond the standard services

  and relationships with other groups

  relationships with entity, workgroup and geographic key contacts

  succession plan for self, and BCP for team

• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Graduate of BS Accountancy,
  must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Must have at least 3 years
  experience in financial reporting and flux/variance analysis preferably
  with an auditing firm or from the shared service industry
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Experience in handling
  accounting in a headcount intensive business structure at least 2000
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Understands statutory
  requirements - SEC and BIR
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Familiarity /Experience in
  intercompany accounting, flux reporting and variance analysis
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Experience in handling account
  reconciliations
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Ability to solution for simple
  issues and accounting problems
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Has worked in an extensive ERP
  environment
• mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Can articulate/express his/her
  thoughts in English
