€1,100/month (14 salaries) + bonuses + allowances

- Handle inquiries and resolve technical or account issues

What you need
- Fluent German (C2) + English (B2+)
- Customer-focused and strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills and problem-solving mindset
- Must already be in Portugal or willing to relocate
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
