Customer Service Representative

Major Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative.

$19.00 per hour

• Manage calls for Customer Service/Sales department
• Manage relationship of our customer base
• Meet daily and weekly sales calls and goals
• Meet customers, when requested
• Other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

• Normal office environment
• Must be willing to work on Sundays

Qualifications

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
• Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
• Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to follow processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
• Strong decision-making skills

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience
• Experience with Retalix, Extend Data, Ibright GPS Tracking system a plus
