Position: AR Billing and Collection Specialist

Location: Wilcon Depot, Inc. Head Office, Quezon City

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AR Billing and Collection Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers

- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable

- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies

- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and answer inquiries

- Prepare and maintain aging reports and other AR-related reports

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and collection processes

- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve AR processes

- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the AR Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field

- At least 2 years of experience in AR billing and collection

- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
