We are seeking an Associate Director (Bespoke Analytics Lead) to join RSM UK’s Audit Data Analytics function - a team embedded within our audit practice, working alongside engagement teams to improve audit quality, support risk-based methodology and enhance the experience for clients and teams. This is a senior leadership opportunity where you will own the commercial, operational and people strategy for our bespoke analytics capability, leading a team of ACA-qualified auditors delivering client-specific analytical solutions across the audit practice. You’ll make an impact by: Owning and developing strategic relationships with senior audit partners and RIs, identifying opportunities and driving adoption of analytics across the practice Leading the commercial positioning of analytics in major tenders and key engagements, confidently presenting, influencing and owning outcomes Setting the strategic direction for the bespoke analytics capability, shaping how the function evolves, scales and delivers value across audit Overseeing the operating model for bespoke analytics delivery, ensuring demand, prioritisation and resourcing are managed effectively and sustainably Building and developing a high-performing team, creating clear progression pathways and embedding a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement
