Position Summary:
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be an important member of NCR Atleos leadership and will support all financial decision-making and FP&A activities to assist the sales and product teams across the NCR Atleos network in the United States and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital investments.
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiency and understand ROI across multiple strategic initiatives.
- Report and track KPIs related to key strategic initiatives.
- This role is expected to identify and drive financial efficiency and profitability for the U.S. and Canada regions.
- Develop financial and business analysis and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
- Regularly communicate historical and forecasted trends in the consolidated financial and operational performance of business units and the company, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic impacts.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 2 to 3 years of experience in finance, general accounting, financial data analysis, or business analysis
- Industry knowledge: experience in the technology or services industry is a plus
- Language: Fluent English (mandatory)
