Talent Acquisition Leader | About You

As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you are responsible for building and scaling a high-performing talent acquisition function that aligns with global strategy and regional business needs. You are a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, with deep expertise in global resourcing and domain-led recruitment. You partner closely with the Head of Global Talent and business leaders to design and execute innovative hiring strategies that drive operational excellence. You are passionate about connecting organizations with top-tier talent and delivering inclusive, high-impact hiring experiences. You bring a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Talent Acquisition Leader | Day-to-Day

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for India aligned with global priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team, ensuring consistent delivery of quality hires across functions and domains.
  • Partner with global and regional leaders to forecast hiring needs and implement workforce planning aligned with operational staffing and digital workforce initiatives.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for complex and niche roles, leveraging domain-led recruitment and global resourcing strategies.
  • Build and strengthen talent pipelines through market mapping, employer branding, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Optimize TA processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CoE Talent Lab initiatives and build capabilities that foster innovation and long-term growth.

Talent Acquisition Leader | Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams across India.
  • Proven experience supporting global organizations and partnering closely with North America–based leadership.
  • Strong expertise in operational staffing, professional talent solutions, and global resourcing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success hiring across technology domains such as AI, data and analytics, cloud, digital engineering, and enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM).
  • Experience in domain-led recruitment across industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, or technology.
  • Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and data analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across geographies and functions.
