About the Role

You will be part of the customer care team supporting Fitbit products. The role involves assisting customers with orders, deliveries, and product settings, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent Polish and good English

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work on-site in Sofia

  • Valid EU passport/ID or visa under consultation

Offer

  • Salary: 2,800 BGN gross per month

  • Relocation package:

    • 300 BGN/month rental allowance during the contract

    • 150 BGN flight reimbursement (paid upon arrival or with the first salary)

    • Real estate and administrative assistance
