About the Role
You will be part of the customer care team supporting Fitbit products. The role involves assisting customers with orders, deliveries, and product settings, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Requirements
Fluent Polish and good English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Sofia
Valid EU passport/ID or visa under consultation
Offer
Salary: 2,800 BGN gross per month
Relocation package:
300 BGN/month rental allowance during the contract
150 BGN flight reimbursement (paid upon arrival or with the first salary)
