 The Letter Quality Analyst is responsible for conducting quality reviews of all correspondence, such as client letters and emails, ensuring accuracy in format, spelling, and grammar. This includes letter templates and outgoing correspondence in the Pittsburgh Digital Processing Center (such as letters and documents).

The hourly rate for this role is: $19.00 - $21.00

Location: Robinson Area, Pittsburgh, PA

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.

Proofreading correspondence letters (both electronic and printed) and meticulously correcting grammatical, punctuation, formatting, and spelling errors

Check letters for inconsistencies and adherence to style guides

Verify editable information populated accurately in tables and fields

Identify common errors or trends, provide feedback to improve overall quality

Sort, count, and proofread printed outgoing letters for quality

Track and report quality data/statistics into spreadsheets and/or reports

Organize and communicate quality results with other departments involved in the quality assurance process

Collaborate regularly with team members and cross-functional partners to support shared goals and ensure effective communication

Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures, and programs

Perform other duties as assigned

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or a related field

Previous proofreading experience preferred

Excellent computer competency (Microsoft Windows)

Ability and desire to accurately perform repetitive tasks daily

Must be able to utilize independent decision-making skills in a wide variety of situations

Requires a high degree of accuracy in the performance of varied responsibilities

Must be self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner to meet deadlines

Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
