Training Duration: 3 weeks (in-office)
Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

Job Description:

What’s in it for you?

  • Permanent contract with a competitive salary of €14,716 per year

  • 20 hours per week

  • Hybrid working – 4 days in office, 1 day from home

Shift Details (Post-Training)

Following successful completion of training, shift options

Option 1 (PT1):

  • Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 11:00

  • Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00

  • Sunday: Off

Option 2 (PT2):

  • Monday – Thursday: 15:00 – 19:00

  • Friday & Saturday: Off

  • Sunday: 10:00 – 14:00

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring the best outcome for each customer

  • Handle queries across phone, email, webchat, and social channels

  • Identify and support vulnerable customers with care and empathy

  • Manage escalations professionally, ensuring accurate logging

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience (social media experience advantageous)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to confidently use multiple systems simultaneously

  • Strong listening skills and customer empathy

  • Self-motivated with ownership of customer issues
