Company Background:

We are representing a well-known in the hospitality industry and as they are expanding, we are looking for HR Manager to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR operational strategies to enhance efficiency, workforce productivity, and compliance with company goals.
  • Establish, track, and manage staff KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks to align with company objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and hiring priorities to support business expansion.
  • Implement innovative talent sourcing strategies, including employer branding, partnerships, and digital recruitment methods.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely salary processing in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and foster strong team collaboration.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Human Resources Generalist where 3 years in managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in KPI management, HR operations strategy, and recruitment strategy.
  • Candidate have experience in leading a team will be added advantage.
  • Able to read and write in English and Mandarin due to the business nature.
