Operations & Sustainment Engineer

Role Summary
The Operations & Sustainment Engineer ensures continuous system availability, stability, and performance in a 24x7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring and operational checks

• Deploy patches, upgrades, and enhancements

• Manage backups, recovery, and maintenance releases

• Track incidents, metrics, and performance trends

• Coordinate with Help Desk and Systems Engineering teams

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT operations or system administration experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise platforms

• Experience in high‑availability environments

• Active Secret clearance
