Job Description: Key Accounts Executive - Organized Trade
Location: Gurugram

Position Overview

The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in Organized Trade by managing strategic retailer relationships, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering strong business outcomes aligned to Joint Business Plans (JBP).


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Planning

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per ICP plans.
  • Share accurate sales and stock forecasts with the customer to ensure optimal demand planning.

Customer & Account Management

  • Build strong, collaborative, and win‑win relationships with key retailers.
  • Channelize customer investments toward achieving JBP objectives.
  • Manage expectations through frequent interactions on monthly/quarterly plans.
  • Recommend product uplifts and drive campaigns as per the agreed activity calendar.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure visibility and accurate listing of products on customer portals.
  • Work closely with the seller ecosystem to identify and implement logistic solutions that reduce costs, optimize inventory levels, and improve fill rates.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced analytical capability with a focus on actionable insights (hands‑on Excel knowledge is a must).
  • Proven expertise in strategic/key account management within FMCG or related sectors.
