Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Preferred 1- 2 years of related working experience, but fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English, proficient in Mandarin is a MUST as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
