About the role
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department in the area of Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains 201 file monitoring.
- Ensure completeness of 201 files prior to onboarding.
- Prepare employee materials (IDs, uniforms, etc.).
- Assist in managing the recruitment process through contractors.
- Foster and maintain good relationships with contractors
- Assist in organising and facilitate onboarding process for new employees and on-the-job training personnel.
- Sort and file HR related documents.
- Adhere to all the company and departmental policies.
Qualifications:
Essential
- College graduate of any degree but preferably in Psychology, Behavioural Studies, or Human Resources Management
- Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and HRIS applications.
- Organised, meticulous, team player and results oriented.
Desirable
- With ISO training
