Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and provide support in a cloud service environment
• Manage and support all Microsoft Office 365 services, including collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams
• Oversee meeting room solutions and infrastructure management
• Migrate applications from on-premises to the cloud
• Ensure compliance with IT guidelines and policies
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and efficient service delivery with peers

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
• At least 4 years of practical experience in administering Active Directory and Exchange servers, including expertise in Database Availability Groups (DAG)
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Windows technologies, including Server platforms, Antispam gateway, Microsoft 365 Environments, and Azure Active Directory
• Strong understanding of Exchange hybrid mode
• Possession of relevant cloud certifications and practical experience with Azure and AWS and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, automation, and configuration management is beneficial
• Additional cybersecurity experience is desirable
