The Opportunity
The National Sales Manager – Hospitality will be responsible for driving new business growth by introducing our products to the hospitality market. This role involves proactive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in hospitality sales and will bring strong industry relationships and business development expertise.
In this role you will:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants. resorts, boutique properties, etc.)
- Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to introduce our product offerings to hospitality decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Present and demonstrate products both virtually and in person to buyers, architects, designers, and facility managers
- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to tailor messaging and solutions to the hospitality audience
- Travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct on-site product presentations (approximately 30% travel required)
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals that align with company goals and margin expectations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
What You Need
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales and cold calling
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality procurement process and decision-making landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
