Key Responsibilities: Act as a key liaison for CIS and Russian-speaking markets Responsible for the successful, proactive daily operation of export and import, sea/air and heavy haul freight forwarding activities Supervise the loading and discharging cargo operation at port of loading or/and port of discharging as well as at jobsite/factories/workshops, etc. Receive booking from agents or clients, prepare quotation for clients and follow up with them Conduct freight negotiations with carriers, haulers, freight handlers, deugro overseas offices and agents for all modes of transportation, to ensure price competitiveness and profitability Follow up with operation subcontractors until the shipment delivered to customers Assist with preparation of RFQ and Bid Tender Responses Together with the line manager and Regional QHSES, to take good care all local QHSES issues
