PURPOSE
Utilize business analytics to interpret and benchmark Company and franchisee practices and trends. Assess current practices, collect information and benchmark industry trends to support organizational decision-making.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create user stories and detailed technical scenarios including acceptance criteria that support software development requests
• Work with product owners to create user story goals and align team around product vision
• Define scope of initial product release, ensuring definition of Most Viable Product (MVP) is clearly documented and aligned
• Help design, document and maintain system processes.
• Communicate key insights and findings to management.
• Act as the first line of support for data questions and issues and is the subject matter expert for clients.
• Provide accurate and timely answers to routine questions from customers.
• Constantly explore ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better data to the customer.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Experience with Agile development toolsets from Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience working with cloud native applications and architecture
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience in the logistics/transportation industry or adjacent industries applicable to WWEX

• Collaborate with MuleSoft developers and architects to ensure requirements are feasible and well-understood.

• Exposure to basic data formats and protocols (JSON, XML, REST, SOAP)

• Experience in the logistics/transportation industry or adjacent industries applicable to WWEX

• Strong understanding of APIs, data transformation, and system integration concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance or related area.
• 1 – 3 years in the field or related area
