Job Title: Finance Specialist

Nationality: Vietnamese
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Work Schedule: 6 working days per week, 10 hours per day
Preferred Languages: Vietnamese and Mandarin

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Specialist (Vietnamese nationality) to support financial operations in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and accounting knowledge, ensure compliance with local regulations, and be able to communicate effectively in Chinese with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company policies and local accounting standards.

  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks when required.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain proper documentation and accurate financial records.

  • Assist in internal controls, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Communicate and coordinate with Chinese-speaking management, vendors, or regional finance teams.

Requirements

  • Vietnamese nationality (mandatory).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

  • Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.

  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) – speaking required; reading and writing are an advantage.

  • Good command of English is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
