$19.30 Hourly Must pass 10-Key and Excel test to be considered.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Under the direction of the Choctaw Revenue Audit Supervisor, You will audit daily shift paperwork through use of the cash transaction management system. Auditors shall complete audits in a timely fashion.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will use the cash transaction management system to conduct their daily tasks.
2. Reconcile daily shift paperwork prepared by all revenue centers and ensure accurate posting of daily revenue reports.
3. Audit daily shift paperwork for MICS/TICS/SICS and SOP compliance and issues exception reports following the established Risk Matrix.
4. Communicate with the Revenue Audit supervisor regarding recurring exceptions identified within their responsibilities and ensure issues are resolved.
5. Complete audit testing activities within 24 hours of the timeframe to be audited.
6. You will monitor and investigate cashier variances, issues reports to HR for payroll deduction for unresolved variances.
7. Remain current on all MICS/TICS/SICS and SOP requirements and revisions of their assigned area(s) to accomplish their audit responsibilities.
8. You will communicate (orally and in writing) with the casino staff and co-workers.
9. Must understand potential fraud and the ability to identify areas of risk.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of PC and experience with Windows, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Access, and other Choctaw Casino operating programs
- Knowledge of Ten-Key
- Prior experience in the gaming industry.
