Main responsibilities

• Invoice Processing & Revenue Recognition – Secure invoice booking (Trade & non-Trade), monitor SD/FI interface integrity, and ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with Sanofi accounting policies

• Month-End Close & Reporting – Perform AR monthly closing, reconcile AR with GL, resolve discrepancies, and prepare month-end and ad-hoc reports per closure timetable and operational KPIs

• AR Analysis & Risk Management – Analyze AR ageing reports, recommend bad debt reserves based on Sanofi guidelines, and post approved adjustment entries

• Compliance & Audit Support – Ensure all processes, transactions, and reports comply with Sanofi policies and the global Core Model; handle internal and external audit requests

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Validate neighboring functions' entries, develop expert knowledge of in-scope activities and stakeholders, and contribute to business and periodic accounting reviews

• Process Improvement & Digitalization – Identify and drive automation opportunities, participate in digitalization projects, ensure seamless adoption, and share best practices across the Ci2C community

• Team Support & Issue Resolution – Address operational issues effectively and timely, support junior team members, and follow up on accruals to ensure accuracy

About you

Experience

• Broad understanding of Accounts Receivable accounting, monthly closure and reporting activities (essential)

• Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (essential)

• Accounting certification is huge advantage

Hard and Soft Skills

• SAP (essential)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential)

Language

• Excellent English written and verbal

• Second European language is a plus (French is advantage)

Education

• Diploma on Economics/Trade/Foreign Trade/Logistics/Finance

The salary range for this position is :Ft9 120 000,00 - Ft13 680 000,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
