Title: Business Systems Engineer

Location: Torrance, California (on-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM(closed weekends and holidays)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Engineer (BSE) to join our team in Torrance, CA. As a BSE, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of business systems, from requirements definition to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and design solutions that meet their specific requirements.

【Responsibilities】

• Design, develop, and implement business systems solutions
• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance
• Deploy and support business systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support to clients

【Preferred Experience】

• Experience with the following programming languages :
  • WPF
  • Windows Form
  • C#
  • MS SQL Server
  • Transact SQL
  • ASP.net
  • ASP.net MVC
  • VBA
• Experience developing systems for purchasing, development, or production
• Web application development and implementation experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with QuickBooks or Sage
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills
• Programming experience

【Qualification】

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Fluency in both English and Japanese

【Salary】 DOE $45,000.00~55,000.00 + benefits package such as: Insurance(Medical, Dental), PTO, Sick Leave, Holidays, etc.
The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience level, with the provided range typically reflecting 0-2 years of prior experience.
