Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poznań. We are looking for a person responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with e‑commerce clients, ensuring both high-quality cooperation and the achievement of sales objectives. This role combines B2B customer service, consultative sales, and data analysis.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Building long-term, partnership-based business relationships with clients.
- Conducting renegotiations of cooperation terms with platform partners (e.g. requests for fee reductions, contract terminations, reported issues).
- Selling additional company services (up-selling, cross-selling) and actively initiating new business contacts.
- Holding regular face-to-face client meetings, conducting business reviews, and planning development activities.
- Presenting the company’s offer and technical solutions tailored to client needs – during F2F meetings, via phone, and by email.
- Monitoring and analyzing reports related to generated traffic and volumes on the platform.
- Contacting clients with declining traffic or volume and undertaking anti-churn activities.
- Delivering assigned sales targets and reporting results to the direct manager.
- Building and analyzing statistics related to customer churn and reported issues.
- Analyzing brand perception in the market and among clients and partners, as well as monitoring media coverage and competitors’ activities.
- Participating in industry conferences and events.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the direct manager or an authorized representative.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of experience working with B2B clients.
- Experience in building and developing long-term, partnership-based client relationships and managing a portfolio of key accounts.
- Proven ability to sell services (up-selling, cross-selling).
- Experience in commercial negotiations and contract negotiations.
- Strong business meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and reports.
- Skilled in building offers and sales arguments tailored to client needs.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High level of independence in work organization and effective priority management.
- Openness to change and willingness to continuously develop skills.
- Knowledge of analytical tools and ability to work with data.
Communicative knowledge of English and fluent command of Polish (spoken and written)
