■ ポジション概要
Senior Engagement Manager は、複数のクライアントプロジェクトを日々リードする コンサルティング部門のマネージャー職。
クライアントとの関係構築、課題の把握、戦略設計、プロジェクトの品質・予算・スケジュール管理などを総合的に担う。
また、コンサルタントの育成やチームマネジメントも重要な役割。
