Function

The X++ Developer - Technical Consultant will be responsible for building highly interactive, innovative applications for our UMAX solution, on a project or for Service Delivery, using the latest Microsoft technologies (X++).

The role is based in Hyderabad, India.

UMAX integrates CRM, billing, invoicing, cash collection, meter data, asset and service management modules in one solution, offering utilities the tools & processes for effective sales, increased customer contribution margins, reduced lead times and streamlined operations. By doing so, it enables them to take operational performance and customer experience to higher levels, while cutting costs to serve.

As a X++ Developer - Technical Consultant, you will...

Develop software based on the design specifications made by the functional and technical lead.
Develop and customize software based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (X++).
Act as a technical reference for consultants, project managers, sales, management and Microsoft consultants. 
Apply your expertise to deliver high quality development work, according to the Itineris standards in an efficient and effective way.
Document your work in a structured and transparent way.

Our ideal candidate…

Has knowledge of application development with minimum 3 years of development experience.
Has proven experience as an X++ developer to develop complete custom solutions & deploy it in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations cloud.
Has experience in OOP (required) (X++,.NET).
Has experienced in data management and able to execute data manipulations using SQL.
Has good oral and written communication skills in English.
Has excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Is pragmatic thinker oriented towards finding solutions.
Is quality driven and result oriented.
Is a global team player with focus on collaboration.
Is willing to continually learn and be challenged.

Good to have skills are...

Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal).
Interest in ERP or the functional domains related to the Utilities industry.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience, Qualifications and Certifications

2 to 5 years of experience
Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in computer science
