Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Manager – Advertising & Promotions to lead advertising and promotion initiatives, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and drive impact marketing communications across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the advertising and promotion team, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of marketing strategies

• Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure advertising and promotional communications align with strategic objectives

• Develop strategic advertising and promotional plans for regional initiatives based on market research and insights

• Identify branding gaps and utilize market knowledge to improve marketing communication effectiveness

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns

• Monitor competitor offerings and assess market trends and consumer behavior against company offerings

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and/or professional qualification in Marketing from a recognized institution

Experience

• Minimum 10 years experience in marketing, advertising, and promotions

• Experience within banking or non-banking financial institutions

• Proven track record of managing successful advertising and promotional campaigns

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
