Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + 15% Bonus

Staff Accountant Description

Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team of approximately 40 employees just north of Hartford, Connecticut. As the sole HR team member for the US division, you will have full ownership of the HR function, providing autonomy and significant potential for career growth into an HR Manager role. You will be instrumental in shaping a cohesive, collaborative workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about strategic employment planning, performance management, and fostering a culture of inclusivity. Senior Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities

• Support core HR functions
• Develop and implement employee training programs
• Lead engagement initiatives and team development

• Maintain HR systems and records
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
• Lead the full cycle recruiting process for all new employees

Senior Human Resources Generalist Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of human resources experience required
• Experience driving training/employee development programs required
• Expertise in employment law, HR best practices, and workforce development required
• Human resources information system (HRIS) experience required
• Must be willing to work onsite
