About the Position
Join a Czech-speaking customer service team supporting automotive digital services. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to digital tools and services in the automotive sector, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support in Czech via digital channels (such as phone, email, or chat)
Assist customers with questions related to automotive digital services
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow internal processes and escalation procedures
Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
Candidate Profile
Fluency in Czech
Good command of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is an advantage
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Must already reside in Portugal
