Mobil üzrə aparıcı mühəndis olaraq sizin vəzifə öhdəlikləriniz:

• Yarımbölmənin sahəsi daxilində mürəkkəb xüsusiyyətlərin və ya servislərin başdan-sona dizaynı və çatdırılmasına sahib olmaq; yerli arxitektur qərarlar qəbul etmək;
• Mürəkkəb dəyişikliklər üçün texniki dizayn sənədləri və RFC-lər hazırlamaq; öz sahəndə code review standartlarını müəyyənləşdirmək;
• Öhdəlikdə olan servislərin performans, miqyaslanma və dayanıqlıq təkmilləşdirmələrinə rəhbərlik etmək; tier-2 on-call reaksiyasını aparmaq;
• Sub-domen üçün arxitektur qərar qeydləri (ADR) yazmaq və saxlamaq; sub-domen texniki sənədlərini mütəmadi yeniləmək;
• Yeni komanda üzvlərinin onboarding-ini keçirmək; müsahibələrdə iştirak və işə qəbul qərarlarına dəstək;
• iOS və Android mobil tətbiqlərinin inkişafı və dəstəklənməsi: user experience, performance və offline funksionallıq;
• Vəzifə öhdəliklərini və rəhbərlik tərəfindən verilən sifahi/ yazılı tapşırıqları icra etmək;
• Həvalə olunan tapşırıqları şirkətdaxili prosedur/siyasət/təlimatlara uyğun həyata keçirmək

Vəzifənin tələbləri:

• Kompüter Elmləri və ya əlaqədar texniki sahədə bakalavr dərəcəsi;
• Mobile mühəndisliyi sahəsində 5+ illik təcrübə; miqyaslana bilən arxitektura, offline-first strategiyalar, release prosesi və performance optimizasiyası üzrə peşəkar təcrübə;
• iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) və / və ya Android (Kotlin / Jetpack Compose) üzrə 5+ illik təcrübə;
• Platformalar:
  IOS: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, Swift Package Manager, async/await;
  Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Hilt / Dagger, Jetpack kitabxanaları;
  Cross-platform (bonus): React Native, Flutter və ya Kotlin Multiplatform təcrübəsi;
• Arxitektura və Build:
  MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, Repository Pattern, Coordinator / Navigation axınları;
  Build və CI/CD: Xcode Cloud, Fastlane, Bitrise, Gradle, SPM; app signing, code signing, provisioning profiles;
• Kod Keyfiyyəti və Testing:
  SOLID, Dizayn Nümunələri və Clean Code prinsiplərinin dərin anlayışı;
  Unit testing (XCTest, JUnit, Mockito, Mockk), UI testing (XCUITest, Espresso), snapshot testing, contract testing;
• Performans və Observability:
  App startup time, memory, battery və network optimizasiyası; Instruments (iOS), Android Profiler, Systrace / Perfetto;
  Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics), analytics (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude), performance monitoring (Firebase Performance, New Relic Mobile, Datadog RUM);
• API və Lokal Yaddaş:
  • REST, GraphQL API inteqrasiyası; HTTP client-lər: URLSession / Alamofire (iOS), Retrofit / Ktor / OkHttp (Android); serialization (Codable, Moshi, kotlinx.serialization);
  Lokal yaddaş: Core Data, SwiftData, Realm (iOS); Room, SQLite, DataStore, DataStore Proto (Android); secure storage (Keychain, EncryptedSharedPreferences);
• Mobil-Spesifik Qabiliyyətlər:
  Push notifications (APNs, FCM), background tasks, deep linking / universal links, biometric authentication, in-app purchases;
  App Store / Google Play release süreci, app review compliance, beta distribution (TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, Play Internal Testing), phased rollout;
• Liderlik Bacarıqları:
  Mobile mühəndisləri komandalarına rəhbərlik etmə, aydın məqsədlər müəyyən etmə və yüksək keyfiyyətli həlləri vaxtında təqdim etmə üzrə sübut olunmuş təcrübə;
  Məhsul, dizayn və əməliyyat komandaları ilə effektiv əməkdaşlıq xüsusiyyətlərinə sahib güclü ünsiyyət bacarıqları
  Gənc və orta səviyyəli mühəndislərə mentorluq və təlim vermək, inkişaflarını dəstəkləmək və texniki mükəmməlliyə təşviq etmək təcrübəsi;
  Kod keyfiyyətini izləmək, standartları tətbiq etmək və komanda daxilində ardıcıl sənədləşdirmənin təmin edilməsi üzrə bacarıqlar;
• iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) və / və ya Android (Kotlin / Jetpack Compose), MVVM / Clean Architecture, offline-first, push notifications, App Store / Play Store release süreci, performans və battery optimallaşdırılması, Firebase / Crashlytics təcrübəsi üstünlükdür;
• Azərbaycan dili – yüksək səviyyədə; Rus və İngilis dili biliyi – üstünlükdür.

Mobile Senior Engineer

Your responsibilities as a Mobile Senior Engineer:

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of complex features or services within the sub-unit's domain; make local architecture decisions;
• Author technical design docs and RFCs for complex changes; set code review standards in own domain area;
• Drive performance, scalability and resilience improvements for owned services; lead tier-2 on-call response;
• Author and maintain ADRs for sub-domain; keep sub-domain technical documentation current;
• Onboard new team members; participate in interviews and support hiring decisions;
• Development and maintenance of iOS and Android mobile apps: user experience, performance and offline functionality;
• To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
• To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions.

Position requirements:

• Bachelor or master's degree in Math/IT related fields;
• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience; expert in scalable architecture, offline-first strategies, release process and performance optimization;
• 5+ years of deep experience with iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) and / or Android (Kotlin / Jetpack Compose);
• Platforms:
  iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, Swift Package Manager, async/await;
  Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Hilt / Dagger, Jetpack libraries;
  Cross-platform (bonus): React Native, Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform experience;
• Architecture and Build:
  MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, Repository Pattern, Coordinator; Navigation flows: Build and CI/CD: Xcode Cloud, Fastlane, Bitrise, Gradle, SPM; app signing, code signing, provisioning profiles.

  Skills in monitoring code quality, enforcing standards, and ensuring consistent documentation within the team;
• Experience with iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) and / or Android (Kotlin / Jetpack Compose), MVVM / Clean Architecture, offline-first, push notifications, App Store / Play Store release process, performance and battery optimization, Firebase / Crashlytics is an advantage.;
• Azerbaijani – fluent; Russian and English – an advantage.
