Overview

A fast-growing, innovation-driven technology organization specializing in digital transformation, AI, and advanced data solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer. This role goes beyond traditional QA — you'll be responsible for building scalable quality frameworks, ensuring data integrity, and embedding quality across the entire engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  End-to-End Data Validation
  Design and execute test strategies covering complex data pipelines — from data ingestion to end-user insights.
• 
  Automation Framework Development
  Build and scale automation frameworks using Playwright (Web) and Appium (Mobile) with Python.
• 
  Compliance & Safety Assurance
  Ensure outputs meet strict safety and regulatory standards, including validation of system-generated insights and labeling accuracy.
• 
  Data Privacy & Governance
  Validate consent mechanisms, access controls, and data handling practices, including user rights such as data withdrawal.
• 
  Performance & Resilience Testing
  Conduct load testing using JMeter and support chaos engineering initiatives to ensure system reliability under failure scenarios.
• 
  Regression & Data Integrity Testing
  Perform targeted regression testing to maintain consistency and accuracy across evolving data pipelines.

Requirements

• 
  Strong Python & SQL Expertise
  Hands-on experience in Python automation and deep data validation using SQL.
• 
  Relevant Experience
  5–7 years in QA/QE roles, ideally within high-compliance or data-sensitive environments (e.g., health-tech, fintech, or similar domains).
• 
  Automation Skills
  Proven experience building frameworks using Playwright and Appium.
• 
  System & Data Understanding
  Familiarity with data pipelines, sensor data, or distributed systems is a strong advantage.
• 
  Security Awareness
  Working knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and data privacy principles.
• 
  Tooling Experience
  Experience with QMetry (test management) and JMeter (performance testing).
• 
  Attention to Detail
  Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and quality.
• 
  Collaboration
  Ability to work closely with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
