Description
Responsibilities:
Employee Management:
- Ensure that the new hires submit all the pre-employment requirements and that pre-onboarding documents are received and/or signed
- Conduct monthly employee catch-up calls to check if there are any grievances or concerns
- Develop and implement a calendar of regular employee activities to promote camaraderie and engagement.
- Conceptualize and lead the facilitation of the company's monthly virtual or in-person activities and events
- Coordinate with the HRBPs for client-initiated events and/or activities
- Manage budgets for employee activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact
- Coordinate logistics, venues, catering, and all other aspects of event management
- Ensure company events align with company culture and contribute to a positive work environment
- Document company events and endorse to the Marketing Team for social media posting
- Provide monthly or quarterly accomplishment reports of company events to be shared with the employees, Management, Leaders, and Clients
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies, rules, and regulations
- Prepare and send out all necessary HR memos to respective recipients
- Enable the Exit Management Process by ensuring separating employees undergo a rigid and proper exit process and complete specific requirements for clearance
Employee Grievances and Labor Compliance:
- Handle employee grievances, and reports from the HR Business Partner or the Clients
- Guide the Management, Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Clients in the proper handling of discipline-related cases
- Efficient handling of administrative cases, thorough conduct of investigations, and proper management of corrective actions while ensuring timely resolution of cases.
- Provide necessary guidance and counseling to employees
- Ensure management compliance with existing labor laws
- Foster a culture of open communication and inclusivity
- Represent the Company in SENA/NRLC hearings
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent courses
- CHRA certification is an advantage
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience
- Exposure to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and experience in handling labor cases is a must
- Proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage effectively with management and the clients
- Possesses a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Willing to report in the office at least once a week and/or as needed
